Booking information
To secure your date in my diary, I do require a £70 deposit which is non-refundable (unless you have an unsuccessful trial, see further info below). Your date is then secured in my diary and you will recieve a booking confirmation by email with full details of the booking.
Your deposit will be deducted from the total amount payable for the day. It needs to be paid before you can book in your trial and cannot be used to pay towards your trial.
To ensure you are completely happy with your trial, you have a 2 day cooling off period after your trial whereby should you wish to cancel your booking, I would refund you the deposit.
The remaining amount for your booking is due the week of the wedding.
If you have a large bridal party and/or an early ceremony time, I will need to bring a second hair and makeup artist along to assist. There is an additional £35 fee to secure this for you.
Bridal hair and makeup trials
A trial is a practise/run through of your hair and makeup for your wedding day. It is a good opportunity to meet me, discuss the details of your day and try out the looks you had in mind. It definitely helps with peace of mind ahead of the day and allows you to see how you will look on the day.
I would trial recommend a trial between 2 and 4 months before the wedding day. You can have your trial sooner than this if you wish, however, in my experience too far ahead can lead to indecision or changing your mind due to new trends/next season styles.
Ahead of the trial it is best if you have chosen your dress and colour scheme for the day to ensure they all tie together nicely.
If you are unsure about what you might like, no worries, I will help and guide you during the trial. I allow 2&1/2 - 3 hours for the trial so we can try/change things so you are happy with the final look.
Before the trial it is a great idea to save a few photos of things you like so I can get a good idea of the things you might like to try.
If you have any questions about bridal trials please do feel free to contact me. I know arranging a wedding can be quite overwhelming and I am more than happy to help :)
